Why does the Cup Display show E or 0?
Always check the User Manual for guidance on the safe use of your RediKettle before you boil any water.
CAUTION: Always ensure the RediKettle is on a flat surface and the power cable is positioned in the channel correctly.
Remember that you will be working with hot water and steam, so always ensure that all the safety requirements are fully in place before you start boiling water.

This is displayed because there is not enough water in the RediKettle.
Remove the RediKettle from the kettle base. - 2.
Remove the lid by pressing in both lid locks and pull upwards.
- 3.
Fill the RediKettle with the desired amount of water.
CAUTION: DO NOT fill the RediKettle over the maximum level.
- 4.
Replace the lid.
- 5.
Place the RediKettle on the kettle base.
- 6.
Plug the kettle base into the mains.
The RediKettle will beep once.

The cup display will inform you how much water is present in the RediKettle.
